房屋数据开差 贵金属白银黄金劲涨

黄金期货价格攀抵11周高点，每盎司现货价格突破1400美元，因美国房屋销售降幅甚于预期，使市场对联邦储备理事会（Fed）将维持经济刺激措施的臆测升温。
上周公布的政府数据显示，7月新屋销售滑降逾13%，创3年多来最大降幅。新屋销售折合年率来到39.4万户，彭博社调查经济师的预估中值为降至48.7万户。联准会决策者表示，如果经济转强，他们「多数人赞成」缩减购债规模。
黄金现货上涨1.5%，报1396.30美元。稍早现货黄金一度攀抵1400.38美元，创6月7日以来最高点。
纽约12月交割期金一度涨至1399.90美元，最终以上涨1.8%，报1395.80美元作收。期金今年累跌17%，4月时曾遁入熊市，因在股市攀涨及低利率之下，有些投资人对黄金失去信心。
10月交割铂金期货上扬0.1%，收每盎司1541.60美元。稍早铂金期货扬升至1548.50美元，写下4月10日以来最高点。
12月贵金属白银劲扬3%，收每盎司23.781美元。收盘后期银攀抵24.145美元，缔造5月9日以来最高点。根据彭博社汇整的数据，交易量比过去100日均量多50%。期银本周累涨1.8%，为连续第5天上涨，也是去年9月以来最长的涨势。
