《i美股》新兴市场拖累 股指期货小跌

周二（8月20日）美国股市开盘前股指期货小跌，主要受到新兴市场动荡的影响，投资人主要关注周三将公布的联准会会议记录，藉此揣测9月份量化宽松政策的可能走向。道琼指数期货下跌0.11%报14,986.00，标普五百指数期货小涨0.01%报1,645.00，纳斯达克100指数期货下跌0.05%报3,069.00。
全球最大家居装修用品零售商Home Depot Inc.公布，截至8月4日的第二财季，该公司净利年增17%至18亿美元，每股盈余1.24美元，此优于彭博社调查分析师平均预估的1.21美元。该公司并将本财年的每股盈余预估自3.52美元上调至3.60美元，分析师的平均预估为3.64美元。周二盘前将公布财报的企业还包括 J.C. Penney、Best Buy以及Barnes & Noble等。
新兴市场近日动荡加剧，印度SENSEX指数在16日、19日分别惨跌3.97%、1.56%，印度尼西亚股市在16日、19日分别大跌2.49%、5.58%，泰国SET指数19日重挫了3.27%。富兰克林坦伯顿新兴市场研究团队总裁马克墨比尔斯（Mark Mobius）认为，新兴市场对联准会（FED）恐减码量化宽松货币政策（QE）的疑虑已有过度反应之嫌。
新加坡《联合早报》8月20日报导，曾担任印度财政部首席顾问的世界银行首席经济学家巴苏（Kaushik Basu）表示，印度的经济问题不能与1991年的国际收支危机相比，称印度目前的状况比1991年要更稳健，两者不能相提并论。1991年，印度一度濒临破产，无力偿还主权债，被迫空运黄金担保品换取IMF的贷款援助，当时外汇存底仅够支付15天的进口债款。印度总理辛格说如今情况远胜当时，现在外汇存底足以因应6-7个月的进口债款。印度卢比今年以来贬值超过12%。
