五月中央财政收入增长2.6%
财政部公布，5月全国公共财政收入12749亿元，同比增加744亿元，增长6．2%。其中，中央财政收入7170亿元，同比增长2．6%；地方财政收入（本级）5579亿元，同比增长11．3%。当月中央财政收入由前两月的同比下降转为小幅正增长。财政部预计，受“营改增”试点扩围等影响，未来中央财政收入增幅可能低于预期。
1-5月，全国财政收入增速继续放缓，尤其是中央财政收入增幅依然偏低。财政部解释称，主要原因包括经济增长趋缓、工业生产者出厂价格下降、实施结构性减税、一般贸易进口增幅低等。随着中央财政收入去年同期基数较高影响的逐渐减弱，未来几个月中央收入增幅将有所回升。
尽管财政收入增幅下滑，财政支出仍保持较快增长。5月全国公共财政支出10266亿元，同比增加1101亿元，增长12%。其中，中央财政本级支出2144亿元，同比增长25．6%；地方财政支出8122亿元，同比增长8．9%。
