中国要发达农产品得涨10倍
中国经济网6月13日讯(记者 刘晓琴) 谈到收入分配改革，中国经济网评论员张捷认为，如果中国想要真正发达，想要农产品价格和农村收入要跟日韩接轨，那么，就意味着农产品价格还得涨10倍，不过，那时候老百姓就会认为钱更不值钱了，收入更低了。“因为如果粮食便宜了，那农民收入就极其低下，但要想农民富起来，农产品和粮食的价格就要高，这其实是一种社会结构的调整，而这种调整也被很多人认为是通胀。”张捷解释说。

收入分配改革方案——作为一份影响每个中国人钱包的方案，从2004年开始起草时就备受民众关注。5月24日国务院在批转国家发改委《关于2013年深化经济体制改革重点工作的意见》中，再度提及收入分配制度改革。本次《意见》以80余字部署了关于落实深化收入分配制度改革的若干意见。
收入分配制度改革作为一项大的改革，要面对的是社会利益格局失衡的突出问题，要调整的是存量与增量的各种利益关系，所以各方对此期盼不同，“有人支持，有人抵触”。不过大部分民众仍然期盼这项改革能够尽快有所突破。
