避险模式开启，欧元兑美元跌势恐难扭转
周四，美国劳工部公布的截至8月13日当周，美国首次申请失业救济人数意外改善，至34.8万人。上周首次申请失业金的人数创下疫情爆发以来的新低，显示就业市场在进入秋季之前正在改善。欧元兑美元虽然修正了超卖状况，但风险仍偏向下行。
市场进入避险模式，股指下行美元获益
欧元兑美元从日内2021年的新低1.1666小幅回升，目前交易在1.1700下方。周三公布的联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)会议纪要显示，美国政策制定者加大了缩减购债规模的讨论力度，投资者押注美联储将在在9月杰克逊霍尔(Jackson Hole)宣布缩减购债规模。此后，金融市场处于避险模式。
在华尔街开盘前，欧洲股指出现下跌，美国股指期货跌至8月份最低水平。与此同时，对安全资产的需求推高了美国国债的价格，美债收益率下行。
美国数据喜忧参半，8月费城联储制造业调查收缩至19.4人，低于预期，而截至8月13日当周首次申请失业救济人数意外改善，至34.8万人。日内早些时候，欧盟公布了6月份的经常账户，经季节性调整后的盈余为218亿欧元。
美指或有突破94.00的可能
目前，美元指数下一个目标出现在94.00水平。在经历了前一交易日的波动后，美元指数在避险情绪的推动下重拾涨势，一度触及93.50，创下2021年新高。
不过进一步的上行现在可能面临一些阻力，因为根据每日相对强弱指数，美指超买区域更近了，美元可能需要从量化宽松缩减中获得一些支撑。与此同时，从更广泛的角度来看，只要美元指数在200日移动均线上方，美元的积极立场预计将保持不变
