非农新增岗位减少失业率下降，黄金短线激震

12月4日，美国公布11月非农数据报告，新增就业岗位减少，但失业率明显下降，平均时薪高于市场预期，在数据公布后，现货黄金出现激烈震荡，美元指数则有一定程度的下挫。
数据显示，美国11月非农新增就业24.5万人，增幅连续第5月录得下滑，远不及预期值增加47.50万，前值从增加63.8万下修为增加 61.0万。
美国11月失业率下降0.2个百分点至6.70%，预期值为6.80%；美国11月平均时薪录得4.40%，持平下修前值，好于预期值4.20%。
新冠病例重新激增、缺乏政府新救助资金等因素可能会破坏经济从疫情衰退中复苏的势头，导致2021年第一季经济萎缩。美国周三报告新增近20万个病例，住院人数逼近10万人。
11月非农就业人数仅增加24.5万人，远低于华尔街的预期，原因是新冠病毒感染病例的增加与招聘活动的大幅放缓同时出现。虽然美国正经历有史以来最快的一个季度增长，但经济学家担心，下一两个季度可能会出现持平甚至负增长，然后在2021年下半年才出现强劲反弹。
随着新冠疫情在全美范围内加速蔓延，美国雇主上个月缩减了招聘规模，只增加了24.5万个工作岗位，这是自4月份以来的最低水平，也是连续第五个月就业增长放缓。就业报告再次表明，美国就业市场和经济在新冠疫情下举步维艰。
11月非农就业报告只覆盖到当月前两周，目前的这波新冠疫情在当时刚刚开始。随后的感染、住院以及死亡率均迅速飙升，促使更多地区对企业采取限制措施，消费者也避免前往餐馆等拥挤的地方，因此一些分析师预期12月或者1月的就业市场表现会更差。
分析师还将关注女性在劳动力中的比例。那些倾向于雇用女性的行业受到经济衰退的沉重打击。随着学校改为上网课，很多女性辞掉工作照顾孩子。
辉瑞发言人表示，临床试验结果出炉时间晚于预期，新冠疫苗原物料供应链面临挑战，是该公司大砍2020年疫苗产量目标的原因，“扩大原料供应链规模所需时间比预期还久。”
对于美国新冠死亡飙升及封锁措施的担忧，也没能带来多少对美元的避险需求，投资者认为会有更多的政府支持，而美联储也料将很快向市场提供关于将在多长时间内继续购债以支撑美国经济的更好指引，这可能损及美元。
