黄金重新走低，美元指数再次高位运行

3月25日，国际金价在高位表现后重新走低，美元指数受到打压但跌势有限，虽然美联储的货币宽松政策已经实施，美国政府也通过大规模刺激计划支撑股市，但公共卫生事件仍让市场感到不安，WHO称美国可能成为新的病毒中心，现金需求仍然维持高位。
参议院和特朗普政府官员已经就一项大规模经济刺激法案达成协议，该刺激计划的规模预计为2万亿美元，以减轻新冠病毒疫情对经济的影响。参议院共和党领袖麦康奈尔称，周三稍晚将对新冠疫情经济刺激法案进行投票。
美联储在向全球主要央行开放美元贴现融资额度之外，提出无限量购债，加之投资者期待美国政府出台大规模财政刺激方案，令美股道琼工业指数周二(3月24日)录得1933年以来最大单日涨幅。
不过投资者应该谨慎对待股市的这种反弹，对那些希望熊市快点结束的人来说，只有风险资产慢慢温和地上涨才有希望，突然一下飙涨没戏。
目前新冠病毒已经在美国造成660人死亡，超过50000人染疫，成千上万的商家关门，数以百万计的劳工失去工作，同时疫情还迫使各州下令要求1亿人足不出户，相当于人口总数的三分之一。
美联储货币政策宽松已经火力全开，所以人们期待政府财政刺激尽快跟上节拍，但投资者也务必认识到，基本面短期内可能进一步恶化，所以美元需求紧张的局面不会得到根本性逆转。
特朗普周一表示，他正在考虑如何在下周15天居家令结束后恢复美国经济活动的举措。但世界卫生组织(WHO)周二警告称，美国有可能成为冠状病毒大流行的新中心。
不仅仅是美国，全球多国防控形势继续吃紧，西班牙隔夜感染病例增幅创纪录； 意大利新冠病毒疫情导致的死亡人数周二逆转了过去两日增幅下降的趋势；南非将从周四午夜开始实施为期21天的全国性封闭……
融资市场仍存在紧张迹象，因为企业和投资者驱动了对美元的巨大需求，用以偿还债务，并将其作为一场大风暴的安全港，这场风暴几乎冲击了所有资产类别，连传统避险资产黄金也未能幸免。
