国际金价跌至新低，但市场依旧“现金为王”

3月16日，现货黄金创新近三个月的新低，虽然美联储为了安抚情绪和缓解资金的短缺做了很大努力——实行巨大降息，但市场对美联储降息的有效性包邮较大之一，依旧奉行“现金为王“，继续卖出贵金属获利交易单来弥补股市带来的损失。
美联储再度意外大幅降息，幅度扩大到100个基点，联邦基金利率区间下调至0-0.25%。美联储还表示，将在未来几周扩大资产负债表至少7000亿美元。
中国人民银行周一实施定向降准，释放长期资金5500亿元。同时，开展中期借贷便利（MLF）操作1000亿元。
美联储发表声明称，新冠疫情损害到社区并破坏了包括美国在内很多国家的经济活动。全球金融状况受到严重影响。美国企业固定投资和出口依然低迷，能源行业承压，核心通胀率低于2%。疫情相关影响将在近期内令经济活动承压，并给经济前景带来风险。
冠状病毒蔓延已造成全球逾15万人感染，近5800人死亡，金融市场近期动荡不安。美联储在时隔不到两周的时间里连续意外大幅降息，意在恢复金融市场平静，并保证美元市场流动性，因此美元短期内跌势受限。
许多人对于决策高层缓解新冠疫情经济冲击的有效性充满不安，认为美联储的超大动作，恰恰凸显出美国处境的严峻程度。新冠病毒疫情加速升级，已使美国面临经济衰退威胁。如果向家庭和企业的传导机制受损，则降息不会产生效用。
总体而言，高盛对2020年美国GDP增速的预估从最初的1.2%降至0.4%。高盛表示：“所有这些预估数字面临的不确定性都比正常时期要大。”
美联储出台了大规模宽松措施，反而加深部份投资人的焦虑，美国股指期货仍然暴跌，周一开盘不久便封死跌停板至今，为了确保对冲交易两边账户资金平衡，投资者不得不抛售黄金获利头寸。
分析师称：“这可能提振风险资产，帮助缓解流动性担忧…但这也增强了公共卫生风险进一步恶化时美联储是否还有工具可用的疑虑。我们其实需要见到财政政策…以避免经济放缓时间出现不必要的延长。”
