原油市场巨震，黄金继续保持高位

3月9日，黄金创下新高位，而全球公共卫生事件则继续蔓延，在沙特宣布降低其石油售价时，石油价格暴跌30%，美债收益率再创历史新低，投资者则加速抛售美元同时美联储会在3墅会议上大幅降息，让市场的避险情绪持续高涨。
石油输出国组织及其合作伙伴(OPEC+)深化减产预期落空，现行减产协议有效期至本月底。沙特阿拉伯承诺，将大幅下调所有官方品级原油售价，并大幅提高产量。
投资者追捧避险资产，10年期美债收益率继续刷新历史低位至0.313%；美元兑日元暴跌近3.7%，触及2016年11月9日以来低点至101.574；现货黄金触及2012年12月13日以来高位至1703.39美元/盎司。
由于市场尚无法评估公共卫生事件对全球经济造成的损失，投资者对原油狂跌引发的市场大动荡感到新的不安。过去几周，全球公共卫生形势恶化，已严重搅乱金融市场。
周五数据显示，美国就业强劲，2月美国经济贡献了27.3万个新增非农就业岗位，比分析人士预计的要多几乎10万个。但美国新冠病例持续扩散，令消费者不敢花钱购买商品与服务。目前可以肯定的是，冠状病毒对经济的潜在打击影响尚未显现。
安联集团旗下贸易信用保险公司——Euler Hermes发表报告预期，单单在今年第一季，因新型冠状病毒疫情引致的全球贸易损失已达去年全年由中美贸易纠纷产生的总和；对货品及服务贸易造成每季度3200亿美元的损失。
大田环球表示：“美联储降息是非常不明智的，尤其是现在美国疫情处于初期阶段。如果出现很多新病例或死亡病例…美联储宽松举措对股市会有持续性的好处吗？它几乎不会直接提振经济。”
投资者已经明白，美国高利率不是问题的症结所在，而供应链中断才是问题的症结。因此美联储降息并不是抵御公共卫生风险对经济负面冲击的良方，反而会进一步巩固市场的避险心理，黄金冲击1900美元，并刷新历史高位，看起来也并非遥不可及。
