金价下行趋势有限，需要提防黑天鹅事件

2月11日，现货黄金有所回落，美元指数上涨至新的高点，中国官方针对企业的复工i情况给出更大的支持，同时市场预计美联储主席鲍威尔本周的国会证词并没有太大的心意，但由于公共卫生事件的不可预测性，美联储年内降息的机会将有所增加。
在周二国新办举行的新闻发布会上，人力资源社会保障部就业促进司司长张莹表示，近期有关部门和地方还聚焦中小微企业的发展，出台了税费减免、金融支持、房租补贴等很多政策，我们也相信这些政策最终都将惠企惠就业。
美联储决策者淡化了全球公共卫生事件对美国国内经济的影响，目前市场聚焦美联储主席鲍威尔将在国会发表的证词陈述。
旧金山联储主席戴利在爱尔兰都柏林的电话问答环节中对记者表示：“我们还没看到太多……最重大的冲击将是对信心，我们目前还没有看到这一点。”
美联储主席鲍威尔本周面向国会发表半年度证词，料对美国经济增长前景发表相当乐观的看法。
随着贸易政策不确定性的风险消退，鲍威尔已暗示，他认为没有理由调整利率，除非目前的前景出现“实质”变化。
投资者将密切关注美联储有关资产负债表以及短期融资市场的计划，从中寻找新的细节。联储已为短期融资市场注入资金，以防止去年秋季政策利率意外飙升的情况重演。
在全球增长已经放缓的情况下，公共卫生事件所构成的威胁凸显了全球经济中期疲软的可能性。鉴于其不可预测性，至少增加了美联储再次降息以为经济提供支持的机会，美元指数表现出欲涨还休。
CME“联储观察”工具显示，美联储在2020年年底前至少再降息一次，联邦基金利率区间下沉到1.25-1.50%。
