金价有所回升，美国对伊朗又出新手段

1月31日，现货黄金出现探底回升，虽然WHO淡化了投资者对公共卫生事件的疑虑，但市场仍希望有更多的资讯来判断市场走势，同时美国经济增长连续两年没达到特朗普的增长目标，美国制裁伊朗官员，使投资者难以放弃避险资产。
国际货币基金组织(IMF)周四表示，现在量化其对全球经济可能产生的影响还为时过早。更广泛的影响取决于“退潮”速度。
但投资者仍在等待有关该事件新的更多信息，担忧事态升级及其可能给全球经济造成的潜在影响。避险潮两周以来重创了股市和商品货币等风险资产，黄金则相对受益。
金风险似乎偏于上行。“我们认为，其影响很大程度上会在前期体现。我们也不确切知道未来几天、几周或几个月的情况将如何演变，因此也不知道这一冲击会持续多长时间。”
美国政府周四(1月30日)表示，将允许俄罗斯、中国和欧洲的公司继续在伊朗核基地开展工作，称它们的存在使德黑兰更难以发展核武器。
特朗普政府2018年退出2015年签署的伊核协议，恢复对伊朗制裁。制裁禁止非美国公司与AEOI往来，而通过发布制裁豁免可允许相关工作继续开展。
但鉴于美国对伊朗极限施压的总体策略不会有根本性改变，美国制裁伊朗核高管的做法只会加剧地区紧张局势，所以做多黄金似乎是合理策略。
美国经济连续第二年未能实现特朗普政府设定的3%的增长目标，2019年的年增长率创三年来最低，因在具破坏性的贸易紧张形势下，企业投资进一步下降。
温和的经济增长削弱了特朗普和其共和党同僚的论点，即强劲的经济增长将为减税买单，预计减税计划是将今年联邦预算赤字推高至1.02万亿美元的因素之一。
驱动增长的因素减少，美国经济2020年很难出现特朗普预期中的大幅增长。而大选年叠加公共卫生事件的负面影响，美国股市波动幅度可能加大，市场动荡也利好黄金等避险资产前景。
