金价承压，美国释放善意之余也在点火

1月14日，现货黄金刷险低位，原因在于中美即将签署第一阶段贸易协议时，美国释放新的善意，取消了对中国汇率操纵国的认定。同时中国外贸数据反弹，打压市场避险情绪，但黄金空头力度不足。
中国国务院副总理刘鹤周一(1月13日)抵达华盛顿，准备周三在白宫与美国总统特朗普签署第一阶段经贸协议。而美国财政部13日发表半年度汇率政策报告，取消去年8月对中国“汇率操纵国”的认定。
前美国财政部官员、战略与国际研究中心高级顾问马克·索贝尔表示，中国从一开始就不应被认定为“汇率操纵国”，中国经常账户顺差占国内生产总值比重较小，美国政府此前的认定是“错误的政治行为”。
除中美贸易摩擦缓和的期待之外，中国强劲的贸易数据也提振了围绕中国经济的乐观情绪。中国2019年12月进出口同比增速均远超越预期，出口增速创下九个月高位，进口增幅创逾一年新高。
本周中美将签署第一阶段经贸协议，再加上全球央行纷纷推行宽松政策，外需有望逐步转暖，中国出口增速的回升具有持续性，投资者提升风险偏好，纷纷抛弃黄金。
但黄金空头杀跌力度不足。华盛顿与德黑兰之间的紧张局势出现1979年伊朗伊斯兰革命以来最严重的升级，而伊朗抗议活动是其中的最新转折。
伊朗总统上周六称，击落一架乌克兰客机是个“灾难性的错误”，表示在对伊拉克境内的美国目标发动导弹袭击后，其防空系统在戒备状态下开火误击。伊朗政府曾多次否认与空难事件有关后，伊朗公众的怒火几天来持续延烧，最终在军方承认击落客机后爆发为抗议活动。
自从苏莱马尼在巴格达被美军无人机空袭狙杀的消息得到证实后，美国政府官员便表示，动手的原因是美国在伊拉克和整个中东地区的外交官与军人有即将遭到袭击的风险。
一方面，法国、英国、德国与美国同处西方阵营，在不少国际事务中有求于美国；另一方面，在特朗普退出伊核协议前，三国已经在伊朗存在不少经济利益，完全和伊朗翻脸显然也心有余力不足。
作为伊核协议签署方的三个欧洲国家——法国、英国和德国正面临越来越艰难的处境。金价能否在短期内重新开启单边行情，或许在很大程度上取决于欧洲三国的外交努力。
