美国企业信心受创，金价短线上涨

12月24日，现货黄金刷新高位，因公布的美国耐用品订单数据萎缩，表明企业信心低迷，将严重拖累美国经济增长情况，同时波音公司停止生产737MAX机型也对耐用品订单造成巨大损失。
中国财政部周一称，自2020年1月1日起，我国将对850余项商品实施低于最惠国税率的进口暂定税率。其中，为更好满足人民生活需要，适度增加国内相对紧缺或具有国外特色的日用消费品进口，
持续长达一年半的关税冲突损害了美国企业信心，削弱了资本支出。尽管最近紧张局势有所缓解，但地区制造业调查显示，12月企业信心依然低迷。
美国11月核心耐用品装船率萎缩，给第四季度GDP增长预期带来了下行风险。经济学家们预计，第四季度GDP年化增长率在1.5%-2.3%的区间。第三季度经济增长2.1%。
波音公司周一罢免了首席执行官Dennis Muilenburg，因越来越多的迹象显示他在解决危机方面进展甚微；波音在两起空难后挫折仍接踵而来。这次危机导致波音损失90亿美元，并打击了供应商和航空公司，现在还可能拖慢美国经济增长步伐。
英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊已经推动立法，禁止将和欧盟的贸易谈判拖延到2020年年底之后。鉴于双方有待厘清的经贸关系纷繁复杂，欧盟官员已经警告称，几乎不可能在不到一年的时间里批准贸易协议。投资者担心，英国仍有可能在没有达成贸易协议的情况下与欧盟彻底分家。
除了脱欧不确定性外，投资者还在仔细研判英国经济的基本面。若四季度经济放缓加剧，可能为英国央行未来降息奠定基础，进而可能给英镑带来新的下行动能。英国央行在12月份出台的政策声明中将2019年四季度增长预期从0.2%下调到0.1%。
尽管英国存在消费信贷信心增强的迹象，可能会在短期内遏制英镑汇率跌势，但在英国与欧盟未来关系变得更清晰之前，英镑上涨潜力很可能被证明是有限的。
