欧银纪要将成黄金救命稻草
2月22日欧-美时段，欧元止跌反弹至日高1.2305，美指震荡下挫至89.74，现货黄金止跌回升至1325.18美元/盎司，因欧银纪要显示，欧洲央行将逐渐改变宽松措辞；美油刷新两个交易日高点62.08美元/桶，因API原油库存下降，目前市场焦点转向EIA报告。
欧洲央行1月会议纪要显示，一些委员有删去偏宽松措辞的倾向，将逐步改变政策语言，以保持和展望一致，并总体认同目前的政策立场“大致合适”的观点。
欧洲央行1月会议纪要显示，对于现在调整前瞻指引还为时过早的观点表示认同，可能会再度考虑2018年初的前瞻指引，以此作为监管审查的一部分。
原油价格时段内持续反弹，美国原油主力合约刷新两个交易日高点62.08美元/桶；早些时候公布的API原油库存意外下降，供需平衡预期支撑油价；目前市场焦点转向EIA库存数据。
美国石油协会(API)周三(2月21日)公布，2月16日止当周，美国原油库存减少90.7万桶，至4.203亿桶，预期增加133.3万桶。
期货经纪商OANDA的亚太交易主管Stephen Innes说：“连到墨西哥湾地区的输油管基础建设改善，以及来自TransCanada的Keystone油管供应量减少，促使库存下滑。”
因此广大分析师依然认为，国际原油市场受到良好支撑，因需求端增长势头良好，且沙特和俄罗斯领衔的集体减产行动仍在推进当中。
分析师在周四公布的研报中称：“OPEC发起的减产行动已经有效稳定了市场，协议整体履约情况令外界满意。”
北京时间周五凌晨将公布EIA库存数据，料引发原油市场新的波动，彭博调查预期中值显示，EIA原油库存将增长235.47万桶。
