特朗普演讲在即，税改究竟怎么变化
在“税改”草案于上周出炉之后，美国总统特朗普正在一鼓作气，力争把他此前在竞选期间所承诺的“新政”进一步推行到底。而白宫方面上周已经宣布，特朗普当地时间周一(10月2日)将召开媒体见面会活动，正式提出“撤除不必要监管措施”这一口号，这也是继减税之后的又一大手笔活动。
按预先日程安排，特朗普将于当地时间周一11点(北京时间10月2日23点)后在白宫东翼就监管改革问题发表正式讲话。
一直以来，特朗普就对政府对私营经济活动施予过度监管给企业经营者带来的沉重负担感到耿耿于怀。在前总统奥巴马于2009年的金融危机高峰期间就职后，其任期内美国联邦政府对于宏观经济实施的干预力度已经达到了历史之最，虽然这与欧盟那些多如牛毛的监管规定，这仍是小巫见大巫，但对美国民众来说这却已经是受够了。这也就是去年大选时特朗普提出的“撤除多余监管”的口号能够引起选民共鸣的重要原因。
白宫高级官员上周表示，特朗普总统想通过这场媒体路演活动来证明，美国联邦政府正在努力实现其此前所许诺的愿景，尽力消除过度监管所带来的沉重负担，从而给企业活动更多的伸展空间，以进一步推动经济和就业增长。虽然，在这次活动上，特朗普不会宣布任何具体的去监管行动，只是强调整个过程的进度节点。而此后，10家联邦政府机构则会各自就其去监管进程状况与媒体进行通气。
而与此前历任共和党前任一样，特朗普在竞选已经承若了削减政府对企业活动的过度监管这一愿景。而据美联社此前透露，在上任前5个月中，特朗普政府已经撤除或暂定了800项具体的监管措施。在停止执行既有监管行动的同时，特朗普政府还启动了对新增监管措施的冻结行动，包括下达行政命令阻止更多监管措施的制定流程。
美国资讯及监管事务办公室主管拉奥表示，目前美国联邦政府去监管的进程已经跑在了特朗普的竞选承诺之前。当时特朗普曾承诺，在他任内每新增一项新监管规定，就必须废除两项旧有监管规定来作为平衡。而今，美国方面完成了四项新监管流程的审议和落实，并彻底废除了10项旧有规定。
拉奥同时告诉记者，自1月份上任以来，特朗普政府已经通过监管改革节省了3亿美元预算资金。
