特朗普税改拉动民主党，面向富人增税
美国总统特朗普周三称富人可能将面临加税。特朗普为了进行一项重大的全面税改，正在与反对降低富人税负的民主党人士加强沟通；另外，国会的共和党人设定了公布其税改计划的时间表。
数月来，白宫和共和党掌控的国会虽经多次讨论，但却尚未提出一个具体的税改计划。这些讨论民主党人士都没有参与。众议院议长瑞恩称，将在9月25日开始的工作周公布一项纲要。在那之后的数周中，国会税政规划委员会将撰写立法细节。
民主党批评共和党的税改主要在为富人谋利。特朗普说，富人不会因为这项计划而受惠，他说该计划是为了给中产阶级提供史上最大的减税并创造就业。特朗普谈及富人的税率时称，认为富人基本上将原地不动。但特朗普没有详谈富人的收入界定标准。坦白说，如果税率不得不调升，那就会调升。
特朗普周三将与参议院民主党领袖舒默(Chuck Schumer)和众议院民主党领袖佩洛希(Nancy Pelosi)会面，讨论这项立法议程，重点将放在税改方面。此前特朗普已经在周二夜间和周三下午与两党议员进行了会晤。
瑞恩表示，目前正在研究的税改框架将体现出众议院筹款委员会、参议院财务委员会以及特朗普政府达成的共识。特朗普重申将公司税率从35%降至15%的目标，即便瑞恩和财长努钦近日对于能否达到如此低的税率水平都提出了质疑。
