美联储九月缩表计划启动？经济将倒退
美联储料于9月份开始启动缩表计划。但仍有一些分析师对此持怀疑态度，因为美联储史上的6次缩表行动，其中有5次以发生经济衰退而告终。并且，他们认为，美联储目前可能没有像它认为的那样有足够的空间来收紧政策。
美联储目前持有的资产负债表规模高达4.5万亿美元，这些资产主要是美国国债和抵押贷款支持证券。资产负债表膨胀是由于美联储当时为了刺激美国经济走出金融危机的泥淖而逐渐积累下来的。
据悉，过去数年以来，美联储通过一项名为“量化宽松”的计划进行了三轮的债券购买(通俗地说就是“印钱”)，使其资产负债表达到了目前的水平。并且，美联储自开始扩张资产负债表以来，便将每个月从债券中获得的收益重新用于投资，以保持其资产负债表规模的稳定。
市场预计，美联储的缩表计划将于9月份公布。在该计划中，美联储料开始允许每个月具体购买的债券规模减少，然后才将其余部分进行再投资。该计划中公布的缩减目标将是小规模的，但缩表规模每季度增加一次，直到达到每月缩减500亿美元。美联储的最终目标是将资产负债表规模缩减到2万亿-2.5万亿美元的水平，这一过程可能需要4年-5年时间。
分析师表示：美联储史上的6次缩表行动，其中有5次以发生经济衰退而告终。这一趋势反映了在很长一段时间内，美联储试图提高利率时发生的情况：在过去的13个紧缩周期中，有10个以发生经济衰退而告终。
分析师表示，尽管美联储官员暗示今年可能会再加息一次，但交易商仅给出了45.5%的加息概率。美国联邦基金利率期货合约显示，到2018年底，联邦基金利率将达到1.45%，这意味着从现在到明年年底，美联储再进行两次加息的概率不大。但相比之下，6月份公布的美联储加息预期显示，同期内将进行四次加息。
