非农前夕金价停顿，薪资问题或会影响
8月2日，金价延续高位震荡格局，前期多头在非农数据公布前，表现出了畏高情绪。不过，金价的总体上攻格局不会轻易打破，7月平均小时工资年率预计录得2.4%，距离美联储决策层的理想目标2.7%以上相去甚远。
市场预计，美国7月新增非农就业岗位18万个。而周三欧洲时段尾盘先行公布的、素有“小非农”之称的美国ADP就业人数实际录得17.80万，虽然不及预期的19万，但还是好于前值15.80万，表明美国私营经济部门就业岗位继续稳步增长。随着劳动力市场收紧，雇主雇佣合格劳工的难度将继续增大。
不过即便如此，金价的总体上攻格局不会轻易打破，原因是美国7月非农数据不太可能给市场带来期盼已久的转变。美联储最为倚重的薪资数据——7月平均小时工资年率预计录得2.4%，不仅低于前值0.1个百分点，而且距离美联储决策层的理想目标2.7%以上相去甚远。
包括美联储主席耶伦在内的诸多顶尖经济学家都认为，劳动生产率高低是决定美国劳工长远薪资增长水平的决定性因素。耶伦此前在国会发表证词称：“如果美国劳动力市场持续向好，我们终将看到美国薪资增速抬头，现在的问题是劳动生产率偏低。”
不过两项最新的研究表明，这一进程可能并没有想象当中的那样简单。观察近几十年来的不少经济体数据发现，经济生产率提升所取得的成果越来越多地被用于企业扩大再生产，广大劳工并未从中有很大受益。
国际货币基金组织(IMF)在其最新研究报告中发现：“从新千年初期到现在，美国劳工收入占比企业营收处于长期下行轨道中。”
分析师写道：“无论是具体某一行业，还是纵观整个国家，劳工收益份额下降都是普遍性的，当然不同行业下降程度可能相去甚远。”
IMF研究数据显示，2000年以来，全美劳工收入占比企业营收下滑了3.5个百分点。而在此之前，尽管该数字也存在上下波动，但从未有过长期单边趋势性走向。
贸易和全球化同样在推动这一进程中起到了一定作用。研究还显示，对于全球贸易依赖程度最高的一些行业，诸如：信息技术、制造业、交通运输、采矿、农业等，劳工受到的影响也往往是最大的。
IMF因此发出相当严厉的警告称，经济蛋糕不断做大，广大劳工分享其中的比例却在下降，无论是对于美国还是其他西方发达国家，这都已经成为了各国主要的政治议题。打击劳动者生产积极性，进而拖累经济增长活力，最终会引发各种各样的社会问题。
