欧洲央行一如预期
欧洲央行(ECB)周四(3月9日)宣布维持隔夜存款利率在-0.40%不变，符合市场预期。
欧洲央行同时宣布，维持主要再融资利率在0不变；维持隔夜贷款工具利率至0.25%不变。
欧洲央行宣布，维持每月资产购债规模在800亿欧元不变至2017年3月；明年4月-12月，欧洲央行将每月购买600亿欧元资产。
利率决议出炉之后，欧元/美元小幅走低，静候行长德拉基记者会。
欧洲央行还在货币政策声明中称，管委会依然预期关键利率在更长时间内将维持现有或更低水平。
该行还表示，关键利率维持现有水平或更低水平的时间将超过净资产购买前景，净购买将和到期证券本金支付再投资同时进行
此外，欧洲央行称，如果前景恶化，或金融环境与通胀持续调整道路不相符，管委会将在期限或规模等方面增加QE。
据了解情况的欧元区官员透露，今年的通胀率预测将从目前的1.3%提高至约1.7%；之后两年通胀料将维持在该水平附近，低于欧洲央行的目标。
据知情人士透露，欧洲央行不打算在周四政策会议结束后宣布新一轮面向金融机构的长期免息贷款操作。
知情人士称，定向长期再融资计划(TLTRO)将暂停续作。周四召开的政策会议仍可能改变这一立场。在随后的新闻发布会上，欧洲央行行长德拉基可能被问到关于该计划前景的问题。
如果经济状况恶化，欧洲央行仍可能重启TLTRO操作。欧洲央行管理委员会委员Vitas Vasiliauskas曾在2月份表示，欧洲央行可以该计划来应对信贷活动锐减的情况，但他强调这仍是应急工具，而不应成为央行永久采用的货币政策工具。
