中国2月外汇储备重回3万亿美元，终结8个月连跌之势
中国央行周二(3月7日)公布的数据显示，在1月跌破“三万亿美元”整数关口之后，中国外汇储备在2月收复失地，终结了此前连续8个月下跌的态势。
中国央行公布的具体数据显示，中国2月外汇储备余额30051.2亿美元，高于预期的29690亿美元，较29982亿美元的前值增加69.16亿美元，为2016年6月以来首次回升。
数据还显示，中国2月外汇储备22196.18亿SDR，前值22064.63亿SDR；中国2月末黄金储备报5924万盎司，与1月末持平。 中国2月末黄金储备报743.76亿美元，1月末为712.92亿美元。
中国1月外储跌破3万亿美元整数关口，且为连续第8个月下降，续创近六年新低。
中国央行副行长潘功胜3月5日在全国人大会议开幕前的“部长通道”访问中表示，中国外汇储备充裕，并且人民币汇率、外汇储备变动等多个外汇形势指标均指向，外汇市场正趋向稳定。1月份数据已经有所显示，过几日将发布的2月份数据中，外汇市场向好趋势会更加明显。他还称，外汇储备是一个连续变量，整数关口是没有什么意义的。
中国政协委员余永定3月3日在全国政协会议间隙表示，中国的外汇储备是足够的，但合适水平是多少比较难判断，需综合考虑中国存在资本管制、高经济增速、大量经常项目顺差等情况。
余永定表示，美国的特朗普新政对中国的汇率制度改革会有一定影响，“如果特朗普抓住机会想说中国是汇率操纵国，中国当然会强势反击；但如果他没那么做，情况又比较复杂，他可能把视线转到贸易、投资等其他领域，所以现在很多不确定因素，还要观察。中国当局会等待，看局势变化再做回应。”
