美联储卡普兰：3次预期与其观点近似
北京时间周五(1月13日)，达拉斯联储主席、2017年FOMC票委卡普兰(Robert Kaplan)发表讲话。
卡普兰称，12月作出的2017年加息3次的预期与其观点近似。他认为应该在2017年取消宽松的货币政策；美联储2017辩论主要分歧料在于加息幅度。美联储应该在2017年加息，寄望并预期美联储在今年进一步升息。
卡普兰认为，2017年开始讨论削减资产负债表规模是“合理的”，美联储很可能会在2017年讨论资产负债表举措。在美联储走得更远之前，在资产负债表上的动作应该先缓缓。
卡普兰预计，美国2017年GDP增长超过2%，认为通胀中期将会升向2%水平。美元升值将给美国出口带来不利因素。
他并称，美国已十分接近充分就业，但仍看到就业市场有部分闲置，技术工人供不应求。
卡普兰并表示，自己的预测并未考虑新的财政刺激计划；考虑财政政策时必须记住赤字问题。他将仔细审视新政府在贸易、移民和奥巴马医保上的决定对经济成长的影响；对废除奥巴马医改的影响持观望态度，正在监控其对消费者支出的影响。
