美联储罗森格伦：11月FOMC声明暗示12月加息
美国波士顿联储主席罗森格伦周二(11月15日)表示，在本月稍早的联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)会议上，他并未持异议，并称美联储政策声明措辞发生变化，暗示12月可能加息。
罗森格伦表称， “我认为，11月FOMC声明的变化与12月份收紧政策的可能性高这一理念(以及市场对此的想法)相符。因此，我并没有持有异议。”
他表示，美国应该加息，12月收紧政策可能是适宜的，且加息的条件基本上已存在。
罗森格伦指出，“展望未来，我将评估我的预期(即向实现通胀目标和就业目标持续取得进展)是否还有效。如果未来一个月没有出现非常糟糕的经济消息，那么市场对12月收紧政策可能性的评估似乎就是合理的。”
FOMC下一次会议将于12月13-14日在华盛顿召开。罗森格伦今年在FOMC有投票权，他曾在9月会议上持有不同的看法，主张加息，但在11月会议上却支持维持利率不变。
此外，罗森格伦还补充道，如果新一届美国政府大力刺激经济，美联储将会以较当前计划更为激进的步伐加息。
他称，“如果最终财政政策的宽松程度大很多，那么我们在货币政策方便不应该有太多的宽松。换句话说，如果有太多进一步的财政刺激措施，我们将更快速地收紧政策。”
