日、澳货币新政同维稳
周二(11月1日)亚洲时段，“央行超级周”演出过半，日、澳两国货币当局轮番登场表演，演出内容均符合市场预期——维持现行货币政策不变。
首先登场的日本央行维持-0.10%政策利率不变，同时维持年度基础货币扩容规模80万亿日元和10年期国债收益率零的目标不变。日本央行维持现政对日元避险需求打压程度不大，目前美元兑日元汇率重新回到平盘104.81附近。
随后登场的澳洲联储同样维持1.50%的历史超低利率水平不变。但因稍早前公布的中国10月PMI数据走强，两者形成共振，澳元兑美元大幅飙升，目前已重新站上0.7650心理关口，日内最大涨幅逾0.7%。
中国10月官方制造业PMI实际值为51.20，创近2年来新高。前值和预期值分别为50.40和50.30；中国10月财新制造业PMI实际录得51.20，前值和预期值均为50.10。两者数据吻合，表明中国10月制造业形势继续好转得到多方认可。
澳洲联储在此后发表的声明中也指出，中国经济近期出现了企稳迹象，大宗商品价格已然上扬，澳洲外贸形势进一步改善。
同时声明还特别强调，澳洲国内一些地区房市出现过热迹象。此前，澳洲联储主席洛威已反复强调，绝不以牺牲金融系统稳定性一味追求推高通胀。
