欧元区综合PMI初值创10个月高位
市场研究机构Markit 周一(10月24日)发布的数据显示，欧元区10月综合PMI初值上升速度创今年来最快，即便企业涨价幅度为逾五年来最大。德国10月制造业PMI初值升至55.1，创2015年12月来最高水平，暗示德国经济在前两个月失去动力后，于第四季度伊始之际加足马力反弹。10月法国长期处于困境的制造业意外回升至增长区域，但综合PMI扩张速度放缓。
欧元区
Markit当天公布的数据显示，欧元区10月综合PMI初值上升速度创今年来最快，即便企业涨价幅度为逾五年来最大。
企业活动及价格的上升对于欧洲央行(ECB)官员来说是个好消息。上周四欧洲央行维持超宽松货币政策不变，但保留12月扩大刺激政策的可能性。
具体数据显示，欧元区10月制造业PMI初值为53.3，创2014年4月以来最高值，高于预期值52.7和前值52.6，制造业产出指数也从53.8升至54.4；欧元区10月服务业PMI初值为53.5，录得9个月新高，高于预期值52.4和前值52.2；欧元区10月综合PMI初值为53.7，录得10个月新高，高于预期值52.8和前值52.6。
数据还显示，欧元区产出物价指数从50.0上涨至50.5，创2011年8月以来最高。威廉姆森认为，这是从买方市场向卖方市场的转变，与物价上涨相关。现在还处于初期阶段，但却是朝正确方向的转变。
此外，就业分项指数为53.7，创下2011年5月以来最快，高于9月份的52.1，表明制造企业对未来数月信心十足。
德国

具体数据显示，德国10月制造业PMI初值为55.1，创2015年12月来最高水平，高于预期值54.4和前值54.3；德国10月服务业PMI初值为54.1，高于预期值51.5和前值50.9；德国10月综合PMI初值为55.1，高于预期值53.3和前值52.8。
德国制造业和服务业在该国整体经济活动中占比逾三分之二。另外，今年以来企业新业务实现最大幅度的增长，激励企业新增雇员数创下逾五年最高。
法国
Markit当天公布的数据显示，10月法国长期处于困境的制造业意外回升至增长区域，但综合PMI扩张速度放缓，受服务业活动低于预期影响。
具体数据显示，法国10月制造业PMI初值为51.3，创10个月高位，高于预期50.0和前值49.7；法国10月服务业PMI初值为52.1，创3个月低位，低于预期值53.0和前值53.3；法国10月综合PMI初值为52.2，低于预期值52.8和前值52.7。
同时，得益于海外需求提振，制造业者的新订单以两年半来最快的速度增长，而且员工数量在2月裁员以来企稳。
