美联储票委布拉德：目前没有必要急于调高利率
美国圣路易斯联储主席布拉德周四(7月14日)发表讲话称，目前美联储没必要急着调率，并重申其观点，称如果美国经济和生产力增长仍停留在目前这么低的水平，那么未来两年半就只需升息一次。
他表示，“现在真的无需急着调升利率，我希望有好的经济面消息时再升息， 并希望今年升息一次。”布拉德在2016年联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)拥有投票权，过去他曾是著名的鹰派成员，但近期立场却发生转变。
关于英国脱欧对美国的影响，布拉德评论道，“在英国公投脱欧之后，人们都是一种观望的心理，暂时我也正好乐得如此。我想英国脱欧不会对美国有什么大的影响，甚至可能会是零影响。”
另外，布拉德不认为今年的美国总统大选存在特别高的不确定性，并称协调一致和经济导向的移民政策将大大有益于美国经济，且可能提振当前陷于低增长的经济。
布拉德周二(7月12日)曾表示，尽管美国6月就业增长强劲反弹，但其仍坚持在可预见未来美国仅需加息一次的观点。他当时重申没有理由预计美国会陷入衰退，如果美国陷入衰退，美联储也有弹药可用。
布拉德补充道，美国经济已经进入了一个较长时间内低成长、低通胀和低失业率的阶段。
