麻生太郎：可采取行动抑制日元升势
周二（4月12日）日本财务大臣麻生太郎表示，根据20国集团(G20)支持汇率稳定的共识，如果发现汇市出现“单向”及“投机炒作”走势，日本可能在必要时采取行动抑制日元升势。
麻生太郎称，G20财经首长在2月上海会议达成共识，汇率过度波动及失序走势，有损金融稳定性，他预期G20本周在华盛顿举行会议时，将会讨论这个议题。
作为财务大臣，麻生太郎有权指示日本央行干预汇市。
本交易日目前美元兑日元于108.00一线附近徘徊，仍接近本周触及的17个月低点107.63。
麻生太郎对于G20重申汇率稳定性的承诺怀抱期待。
麻生太郎指出，“若观察到单向投机波动，我们将在特定状况下采取必要行动，我认为可以按照G20协议做出回应。”
麻生太郎的谈话与内阁官房长官菅义伟相呼应，亦即G20协议无法阻止日本在市场采取行动。
尽管日本政府官员口头放话，日元兑美元依旧大涨，投资人预期至少在本周G20华盛顿会议之前，日本当局都不会进行干预。
日元迅速升值恐损及日本出口产业，也给20年来对抗通缩及滞胀的努力带来威胁。
