数据显示，美国2月纽约联储制造业指数为-16.64，前值-19.37。
值得注意的是，该数据高于零，则表明行业扩张。
作为美国供应管理协会(ISM)制造业指数的前瞻指标之一，纽约联储制造业指数依然萎缩，暗示2月ISM制造业活动仍然疲软。
另外，ISM制造业指数的两大前瞻指标，包括纽约联储制造业指数和费城联储制造业指数。
市场人士称，美国2月纽约联储制造业指数连续7个月下滑，是金融危机以来持续时间最长的一次。而纽约联储则对未来企业状况的乐观情绪依然疲弱。
美国全国住房营建商协会周二随后公布的数据显示，美国2月NAHB房屋市场指数意外下滑，触及去年5月来最低。
数据显示，美国2月NAHB房价指数降至58，分析师的预估为60，1月经修正后为61。
尽管今日公布的数据表现不佳，但美元指数刷新日高至96.97。
