欧洲央行：通胀预期存在下行风险

1月14日，欧洲央行召开会议讨论欧洲经济发展问题，会议认为欧洲央行通胀预期存在下行风险。
据欧洲央行会议纪要显示，由于新兴市场经济增速的放缓，外在环境的风险偏向下行，通胀预期的下行趋势可能难以逆转，欧元区经济复苏较为温和且脆弱；
会议上，一些委员建议扩大QE购买规模，并把QE实施期限延长时间逾6个月。
其中，有数名欧洲央行利率制定者建议较大幅度调降存款利率，至少应该为20个基点。
据悉，欧洲央行曾于去年的12月下调存款利率10个基点，为日后进一步下调留下了充足的空间。
分析师认为，欧洲央行下调存款利率，实际上看，也并未引发重大风险，不排除进一步下调存款利率。
欧洲央行的会员还在会议上讨论了扩大每月购债规模等问题。
