美联储莱克：中国不会影响美国经济基本面

美国里奇蒙德联储主席莱克周二(1月12日)表示，中国与美国之间的经济关联度并没有近期美国股市波动暗示得那么高。
莱克称，“美国股市在一定程度上似乎在与人民币汇率和中国股市并行，但我认为，两国实体经济的关联度没有股市所暗示的那么高。”
他还补充道，在中国股市动荡和人民币贬值之后，美国股市波动性在去年夏季加剧，事后看来可能是反应过度。
莱克重申他倾向于美联储今年升息四次。尽管莱克不是2016年美联储利率决策委员会的投票委员，但将会参与讨论。
莱克对于具体的升息时点并不特别计较，但他表示，虽然目前通胀压力似乎并未显现，但“要小心前景的变化可能相当快”。
整体而言，美联储官员预测2016年会升息四次，但也明确表示，这取决于未来数据以及通胀升向美联储2%目标位的上行动力。此前美联储在2015年12月将利率自近零水准调高25个基点，为将近10年来的首次加息。
