周三， 全美房地产经纪人协会（NAR）公布的数据显示，美国11月季调后成屋签约销售指数环比下跌0.9%，预期为上涨0.7%，前值为上涨0.2%。之前10月成屋签约销售环比连续上涨为0.2%。美国成屋签约销售数据四个月中已经连续第三次下降，表明美国房地产市场增速有所放缓，由于成屋销售合约代表着1到2个月后的销售，这几个月的下降暗示着美国房屋购买力将在2016年呈现更加疲软的态势。
具体数据显示：
美国11月成屋签约销售指数环比-0.9%，预期0.7%，前值由0.2%修正为0.4%。
美国11月成屋签约销售指数同比5.1%，预期4.0%，前值由2.1%修正为2.3%。
美国11月成屋签约销售较去年同期上升2.7%，涨幅为逾一年以来最小。在过去四个月里，11月成屋签约销售已经是第三个月环比下跌。
NAR首席经济学家Lawrence Yun表示，“尽管抵押贷款利率较低并且就业增长稳固，但房价在一些市场上涨过猛，经济失去动力，住房供应水平下降等因素混合在一起，成为近几个月以来房市发展的不利因素。”他补充道，“虽然房地产经纪人的反馈持续表明买家的兴趣不减，但对于很多潜在卖家而言，可以随时搬入，并在合理价格范围内的房源仍然很难得。”
Lawrence Yun指出，现有的房屋库存已经低于去年同期水平，而新房建设依然不足，住房很可能面临供应紧张，明年春季销售旺季开始后，房价快速上涨的情况将再次出现。“在抵押贷款利率可能上升的情况下，尤其是对于高价位市场的首次购房者来说，负担能力问题可能足以推动销售增长。”
分地区来看，11月东北部地区成屋签约销售环比下降3.0%，但较去年同期仍高出4.3%。11月中西部地区成屋销售环比上升1.0%，较去年同期上涨了4.1%。11月南部地区成屋签约销售环比上升1.3%，较去年同期上涨0.5%。11月西部地区成屋销售环比下降5.5%，但较去年同期仍高出4.5%。
