伊拉克警告无效 土耳其拒不撤兵

伊拉克官方10日称，伊拉克已经与联合国安理会进行了内部沟通，敦促有关方面能够统一立场谴责土耳其，而土耳其总统同日宣称，土不会撤出已进入伊拉克北部的军队，埃尔多安表示，部署在摩苏尔附近的土耳其部队不是战斗人员，而是负责训练的军事教员。
另外他还称，土耳其自2014年以来就帮助培训伊拉克库尔德地区政府的军队，而有关活动也是应伊拉克摩苏尔省省长的请求进行的。他说，土军在伊拉克的军事活动“不构成问题”。
伊拉克外长发表声明称，土耳其代表团抵达巴格达，就土耳其部队入侵伊拉克的相关局势进行磋商。
伊拉克外交部发表的声明说，伊方向土代表团重申，伊拉克的领土和主权不容侵犯；两国当前的紧张关系只能通过土耳其从伊拉克撤军来化解。土耳其代表团方面表示，土方尊重伊拉克的领土和主权，一直协助伊拉克打击极端组织“伊斯兰国”。
伊拉克媒体称，一支营级规模的土耳其装甲部队越境进入伊拉克，部署在伊第二大城市摩苏尔附近。伊拉克官方6日曾要求土在48小时内撤出越境部队，并称如期限过后土方仍不撤离部队，将采取“一切必要手段”，包括诉诸联合国安理会。但伊方提出的撤军时限过后，土方态度未见松动。
土耳其曾以侵犯本国领空为由打下了俄战机，这次又未经伊拉克中央政府同意派兵进入其领土，引起中东和国际社会的关注。
