中国工业企业利润下滑

据国家统计局公布的数据，10月份，规模以上工业企业实现利润总额5595.2亿元，同比下降4.6%，降幅比9月份扩大4.5个百分点，这已经是连续第5个月下滑。表明工业企业利润加速下滑，企业生产经营困难进一步加剧。
1-10月全国规模以上工业企业利润总额同比下降2%，降幅较1-9月亦扩大0.3个百分点。
由于生产增长放缓、产品价格下降，规模以上工业企业10月份的主营业务收入同比下降1.4%，降幅比9月份扩大0.9个百分点，已连续两个月呈现负增长，而且产品销售的销售状况进一步恶化。
从成本看，单位成本和费用有所上升。10月份中国工业企业每百元主营业务收入中的成本为85.84元，同比上升0.04元；每百元主营业务收入中的费用合计为7.2元，上升0.18元。
从行业看，石油开采、钢铁、煤炭等采矿和原材料行业利润下降明显。10月石油和天然气开采业实现利润16.3亿元，同比减少245.4亿元；黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业亏损15.5亿元，去年同期为盈利164.5亿元；煤炭开采和洗选业实现利润69.6亿元，同比减少63.4亿元。这三个行业共减少利润488.8亿元，为全部规模以上企业利润减少额的1.8倍。
中国海关周三公布了一系列措施来扶持进出口业务，将目前的外贸形势描述为“复杂与严峻”。新的政策包括降低进出口商的各种费用，简化清关流程以及收集更为准确的统计数据。
