据外媒报道，上周五，俄罗斯央行行长纳比乌琳娜在一场议会会议上表示，俄罗斯央行将于明年3月底前开始降息，不过因美国加息恐带来风险，决定实施货币宽松的步调将很徐缓。
为提振受油价大跌和西方制裁打击的企业活动与经济，议员们在周五的会议上呼吁俄罗斯央行降息。不过持续居高不下的通胀和经济衰退的情况，纳比乌琳娜拒绝了采取大规模货币宽松措施的请求，她重申，通胀增幅必需先放缓，才有可能采取进一步的降息行动。
纳比乌琳娜表示，确保长期利率下降的趋势至关紧要。在作出利率决定时，官员们必需将经济增长和通胀当前以及未来面临的风险纳入考量。他还指出，承诺降息意味着俄罗斯央行将于未来三次利率设定会议中的一场采取宽松货币政策。这三场会议分别是在今年12月11日、明年1月29日和3月18日。
纳比乌琳娜还称，俄罗斯央行计划恢复购买美元和欧元作为该国的国际外汇储备，不过，该前提是卢布先企稳。
