本交易日欧洲时段开盘前，美元走软，兑主要货币普遍下跌。
日内日经指数上涨0.1%，沪综指涨0.18%，MSCI明晟亚太地区(除日本)指数上涨0.08%，美国原油下跌1.04%，布伦特原油也下跌0.59%。
日内外媒报道指出，中国经济活动面临下行压力，因最新公布的中国10月规模以上工业增加值同比增长5.6%，创7个月新低，重燃市场对中国经济增长的担忧。
与此同时，日内芝加哥联储主席埃文斯表示，期待美国经济足够强劲，以支撑美联储（Fed）升息。
