欧元兑美元周一走强，两位欧洲央行官员的讲话抑制了央行将在下月扩大购债计划规模的预期。
欧元兑美元 上扬0.05%，报1.1019美元，在稍早受欧洲央行总裁德拉吉和管委诺沃特尼的讲话提振触及高位后回落。
两位官员在接受不同报纸访问时表示，欧洲央行在12月进一步扩大量化宽松购债计划规模并下调存款利率的行动并非板上钉钉，还需要进行讨论。
在市场预计美国联邦储备理事会(FED)最快在12月即将开始收紧政策的背景下，有关欧洲央行将追加货币刺激举措的预期过去数周一直支撑美元走强。
美国制造业数据以及投资者风险意愿增强扶助美元兑日元周一小涨，逆转稍早的跌势，并促使交易商撤出避险日元。
美元兑日元上扬0.1%，报120.72日元，之前公布的10月美国采购经理人指数(PMI)显示，制造业活动小幅增长。该数据显示，制造业招聘放缓，但新订单增长。美国供应管理协会(ISM)10月制造业指数为50.1，预估为50.0，9月为50.2。
欧元兑日元也上扬，因欧元区数据显示出一些改善的迹象。欧元区10月Markit制造业PMI终值为52.3，略高于9月水准、且高于初值的52.0。
欧元兑日元上扬0.2%，报132.97日元。
“欧元区今日上午公布的数据有所改善，而中国的状况显然仍令人担忧，”Mizuho Corporate Bank驻纽约的汇市销售副总裁Fabian Eliasson表示，“但总的来说，我认为短期内美联储仍是市场的主导因素。”
