7月16日讯 ，德国财长朔伊布勒 (Wolfgang Schaeuble)周四（7月16日）在接受德国广播电台(Deutschlandfunk)采访时表示，他将向德国议会提交一个请求，以努力重启有关希腊第三轮援助的谈判，但他仍认为，希腊暂时退出欧元区或许是一个更加选择。
朔伊布勒表示，“我们更进了一步。”此前，希腊议会通过了希腊的国际债权人所要求的财政紧缩措施。他对此评论称，“这是非常重要的一步。”
但是，他补充道，许多经济学家对希腊问题不通过债务减计就可以解决这一观点保持怀疑。
他表示，债务减计将与欧元区成员国这一身份不相容，也就是说，如果要进行债务减计，这一欧元区成员国就不得不先暂时退出欧元区。
朔伊布勒指出，“但是，这或许对希腊来说是更好的一种方式。”
