7月15日讯 ，国际货币基金组织（IMF）周二（7月15日）发布的报告显示，希腊需要的债务援助远超出欧洲各国政府到目前为止愿意考虑的规模。希腊政党目前准备就债权人提出的全面紧缩方案进行投票。
IMF对希腊债务提出严重警告之际，正值希腊总理齐普拉斯（Alexis Tsipras）勉力说服深感不满的左翼国会议员投票支持一篮子紧缩措施和自由经济改革，以确保希腊获得新的援助。
在接受国家电视台采访时，齐普拉斯表示，虽然他不相信该协议，但目前没有其他选择只能接受，以避免经济混乱。
路透最先报道了IMF的研究报告。该报告称，欧洲国家将不得不给出希腊30年的宽限期偿还所有欧洲债务，包括新增贷款在内，并大幅延长债务期限，或是对希腊预算进行直接的年度财政转移，甚至还需要接受他们对希腊现有的贷款进行“大幅预先减计”。
《债务可持续性分析（DSA）》报告可能加剧德国内部就是否增加希腊贷款的激烈争论。该报告亦可能引发质疑IMF未来参与援助，且希腊将视其为希腊政府呼吁全面减免债务的行为是合理的证明。希腊一家报纸称，该分析报告给了德国一记耳光。
IMF表示，希腊债务可持续性急剧恶化的状况表明希腊目前所需的债务援助规模远超出迄今为止所考虑的规模，亦超出欧洲稳定机制（ESM）提议的规模。
