希腊政治谈判誓在短期内解冻救援贷款

希腊政治谈判小组周一(4月27日)在雅典举行会议，就希腊债权人所要求的解冻救援贷款条件进行立法准备讨论。
希腊财政部表示，官员们在会议上讨论了一份希腊可能向债权人提供的可行改革政策清单。这份清单将包括改革税务系统以及政府组织结构，还可能包括财政政策。
希腊财政部长瓦鲁法基斯(Yanis Varoufakis)、副总理拉加萨基斯(Yannis Dragasakis)、经济部长George Stathakis、国务部长Nikos Pappas、副外长Euclid Tsakalotos以及秘书长Spyros Sagias均参加了会议。
副总理拉加萨基斯表示，“协议必须在5月初达成，越早越好，最好能在4月末就达成协议。在这个政治谈判小组会议中，我们将会讨论那些需要政治手段解决的问题。”
希腊目前仍需要大笔现金来支付养老金以及政府员工工资。政府改组了此前以瓦鲁法基斯为首的救援计划谈判小组。瓦鲁法基斯此前在欧元区财长会议中受到债权国的指责，认为他对救援计划谈判的掌控不当。
重组之后，与债权国的日常协调工作交予副外长Euclid Tsakalotos。瓦鲁法基斯将会监督与欧盟成员国以及国际货币基金组织(IMF)的政治谈判。而瓦鲁法基斯仍将作为希腊在欧元区财长会议上的代表。
深受债务问题困扰的希腊目前依赖地方政府的存款、市政以及其他一些资金来偿还月末超过15亿欧元(约合16.2亿美元)的债务。周五欧元区财长会议上没能就新一轮救援贷款达成协议。而希腊国库将在5月6日进一步被榨干，届时希腊需要2亿欧元来偿还IMF方面的债务。
希腊总理齐普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)的反财政紧缩政治同盟自2月以来一直在寻求一切办法达成协议以解冻救援贷款。希腊政府方面一直表示协议很快就会签订，却一次次在欧元区官员那里碰壁。上周也是如此，瓦鲁法基斯表示双方的分歧在缩小，但是欧元区方面对他则是以批评回应。
雅典经贸大学教授George Pagoulatos表示，“政府的谈判正在浪费宝贵的时间，也让希腊失去了太多国外盟友。尽快重组谈判小组绝对是必须进行的，换一些在对方看起来更有信用的人选，这样才能加快谈判流程。”他还表示目前的改组是朝着正确的方向的一步。
希腊政府发言人Gabriel Sakellaridis发表声明称，希腊政府在国际批评问题上支持瓦鲁法基斯。
