路透社：美国原油库存上升至新高

周二(3月31日)公布的媒体调查显示，上周美国原油库存可能连续第12周触及新高，但精炼油库存料将下降。
这份调查是在美国石油学会（API）和美国能源部能源信息管理局（EIA）每周库存报告发布之前，由九位分析师所做预测进行平均计算得出的，该调查指出原油库存在过去一周可能平均增加了420万桶。
美国能源信息署（EIA）的数据显示，到3月20日为止的一周里，美国原油库存飙升至创纪录的4.667亿桶，同时奥克拉荷马的库欣运输中心的库存也达到另一个峰值。
调查结果并显示，炼油厂利用率在过去一周中从前一周的89%上升0.6%。
上周馏分油库存——包括取暖油和柴油燃料的库存预计将减少30万桶，而汽油库存会下降90万桶。
伊利诺斯州加纳利市的分析师Jim Ritterbusch表示：“我们预测汽油库存可能会有一个中等程度的减少。这很大程度上基于十分可靠的季节性趋势、进口量可能的短缺以及二级库存在上周价格反弹阶段被消化等因素的判断。”
总裁Jim Ritterbusch预计，上周汽油库存会下降50万桶。
美国石油学会（API）将在美国东部时间周二（3月31日）下午4:30发布其数据，而美国能源部能源信息管理局（EIA）将在美国东部时间周三上午10:30公布其数据。
这份调查中每个类别的平均值计算排除了最高和最低的预测结果。在有两个持平的最高价或者最低价存在的情况下，只有一个会被排除。
