希腊左翼总理要求欧盟停止单边行动

希腊总理齐普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)周三(3月18日)对欧洲伙伴国进行了反击。就在国议会即将对新的反贫困法案进行表决前几个小时，欧盟对该法案提出了批评。而齐普拉斯则反击称，欧元区必须停止“单边行动”并恪守承诺。
齐普拉斯在议会的激情演讲，标志着希腊与其债权方之间的口水战升级，令希腊破产并退出欧元区的风险上升。齐普拉斯讲话后，希腊三年期国债收益率创2014年7月以来最大涨幅，希腊2017年7月到期国债收益率创2014年中期以来新高，上涨167个基点至22.16%。
希腊议会准备对齐普拉斯政府的第一个议案进行投票表决。欧盟一名官员致信希腊，敦促其在相关议案的投票前与债权方进行更多的磋商，结果双方关系再度紧张。
这封信要求齐普拉斯领导的左派政府就议案与欧盟进一步商谈，否则有可能陷于“单方面行动”的境地，从而违反2月20日协议条款。该协议同意延长对希腊的援助，避免该国银行业崩溃。
欧盟执委会经济事务执委莫斯科维奇否认欧盟试图阻止希腊通过这项议案，他称，欧盟整体上希望希腊留在欧元区，希腊也必须留在欧元区，但应满足这些条件。
忿忿不平的齐普拉斯辩护称，所谓的“人道主义危机”法案(向贫困人口发放粮食券和免费供电)是五年来首次由希腊政府自行拟定的法案，而非听命于欧盟的技术官僚。
齐普拉斯在议会表示，如果欧盟的所作所为是想吓唬希腊，那么希腊的回答将是不会被吓倒。他称希腊政府决心遵守2月20日协议，但要求欧洲伙伴也同样遵守。欧洲必须停止单边行动，遵守自己签订的协议。
执政的左翼激进联盟党(Syriza)成员在议会宣读的一封投诉信中表示，欧盟驻希腊代表团负责人Declan Costello的言论是在干预立法程序，是对希腊所有人的侮辱。齐普拉斯在信中还继续攻击“欧盟的技术官员”。
欧盟执委会主席容克(Jean-Claude Juncker)表示，他担心解决希腊债务危机的进展速度，并敦促各方有所约束。
希腊与债权人之间的裂痕扩大，而希腊的现金将在数周内告罄。该国技术小组及国际债权人上周开始谈判，试图就改革细节达成一致，但迄今仍无进展。
德国财长朔伊布勒(Wolfgang Schaeuble)称，眼下似乎每个人都感觉希腊的时间不多了。他称希腊正在拒绝第三次纾困案。
法国则是呼吁各方应有所节制，以免引发希腊退出欧元区。法国财长萨潘(Michel Sapin)表示，法国将尽全力避免擦枪走火，双方在言语上必须有所节制。
