周二，美国劳工部数据显示，1月JOLTS职位空缺499.8万，不及预期的505万，但创2001年1月来新高，12月从502.8万下修至487.7万。虽然美国1月职位空缺数不及预期，但是仍然创下14年新高，表明美国劳动力市场正在持续复苏中。

1月雇佣人数为500万，较12月有所滑落；12月雇佣人数当时创下2007年11月来新高。1月雇佣率为3.5%，也低于12月。分行业看，1月建筑业雇佣人数较上月下滑；分地区看，东北部地区雇佣人数也低于上月。
1月自主离职人数达到280万人，高于12月。自主离职率自12月的1.9%上升到2%。分行业看，1月职业和商业服务、医疗保健、社工领域的自主离职人数增加；分地区看，中西部地区的自主离职人数攀升。自主离职率越高越好，这代表人们对劳动力市场有信心，因此辞去当前的职位。
JOLTS最新报告表明，随着产品和服务需求增加，美国劳动力市场持续复苏。
尽管JOLTS数据比非农就业、美联储“就业市场状况”等指标滞后一个月，美联储主席耶伦仍视其为反映劳动力市场效率和员工信心的重要指标。该报告主要包括：职位空缺、雇佣、裁员、自主离职率等重要指标。
近日，美国公布了劳动力市场几大重磅数据。周一美联储公布的数据显示，2月就业市场状况指数（LMCI）4.0，1月该指数从4.9下修到4.8。这是LMCI指数连续第二个月滑落。上周五非农数据显示，美国2月新增非农就业人数29.5万，远超预期的23.5万。非农就业人口连续12个月增幅在20万以上，为逾十年来最强升势。2月失业率 5.5%，较1月的5.7%进一步下降，创2008年以来最低，预期为5.6%。不过，2月平均时薪环比增0.1%，低于1月的0.5%。2月劳动力参与率62.8%，略低于预期和1月的62.9%。
