美财政部：11月中国净减持美国国债23亿美元

上海1月17日 – 美国财政部最新数据显示，2014年11月中国净减持美国国债23亿美元，规模至12亿美元，但仍是美国国债的全球最大单一持有国。
分项数据显示，11月中国共计净增持美国长期证券177.48亿美元。分项来看，净增持长期国债 71.98亿美元，净增持以两房(房利美和房贷美)为主的债券119.64亿美元，净减持公司债1.69亿美 元，净减持公司股票12.45亿美元。
中国是全球外汇储备最高的国家，截至2014年四季度末外汇储备余额为3.84万亿美元，连续第 二季度下降至年内最低水平，但降幅较上一季度放缓。分析人士指出，这与中国外汇占款低迷态势 一致，反映美联储退出QE、人民币(6.2070, 0.0005, 0.01%)汇率预期分化背景下，境内主体结汇意愿下降，但这并不是资本外逃，未来外储规模还料续降。
如何实现中国外汇储备的保值、增值一直是外汇管理部门的难题之一。除大量投资美国国债以 ，中国近几年并开始投资日本、欧洲等其他国家的国债，并与不同的机构合作，扩大投资渠道。
中国国家外汇管理局2013年1月称，其在外汇储备经营管理机构内成立了外汇储备委托贷款办 室(SAFE Co-Financing)，负责创新外汇储备运用这项工作，以促进外储多元化经营。
由于中国外汇投资的各类组合、机构分布在香港、新加坡、欧洲、伦敦等地，美国财政 部每月公布的中国投资美国国债的规模并不十分准确。
