美元走弱黄金大涨2.5%报1264.80美元

北京时间1月16日凌晨消息，纽约黄金期货价格周四收盘大幅上涨2.5%，报每盎司1264.80美元，主由于瑞士央行[微博]宣布取消瑞郎兑欧元上限并宣布降息，这一消息推动美元汇率大幅下跌，从而促使投资者转向黄金市场避险。
据财经信息供应商FactSet统计的数据显示，按主力合约计算，这一价格创下纽约黄金期货四个月以来的最高收盘价。
瑞士央行行长托马斯-乔丹(Thomas Jordan)周四宣布，该行将取消瑞士法郎兑欧元汇率的上限，这一消息令市场为之震惊。此前，瑞士央行在四年前决定将瑞士法郎兑欧元汇率上限定为1.2瑞士法郎，目的是保护瑞士经济免受欧元区主权债务危机的影响。另外该行还决定降息，将活期存款利率从-0.25%下调至-0.75%，并将3个月期Libor利率的目标区间从-0.75%到-0.25%之间下调至-1.25%到-0.25%之间。
受这一消息的影响，美元汇率大幅下跌，对金价形成了支撑。通常美元汇率下跌会促使以美元计价的商品期货价格上涨，因持有其他货币的投资者买入这些商品的成本将会变低。
瑞士银行(UBS)分析师Edel Tully和Joni Teves发布研究报告称，负利率应该有利于金价。保加利亚的民间交易员Petko Bankoff也在收盘前表示，整体而言，瑞士央行取消瑞郎汇率上限和降息之举应有利于黄金市场，预计金价将再度测试每盎司1245美元的阻力位。
经济数据方面，美国劳工部今天公布报告称，截至1月9日当周初请失业金人数大幅增加1.9万人，至31.6万人，创下4个月以来的最高水平，超出经济学家此前预期的29.5万人。12月份美国生产者物价指数(PPI)则环比下降0.3%，创下3年多以来的最大降幅，主要由于受到汽油价格大幅下跌的影响。此外，1月份纽约联储制造业指数上升至10点，高于经济学家预期的5点；同月费城联储制造业指数下降至6.3点，不及经济学家预期的19点。
