美服务业和工厂订单数据回落 第四季成长放缓

华盛顿1月6日 – 美国12月服务业成长放缓幅度超过预期，11月工厂订单连续第四个月减少，显示美国经济增长动能在第四季有所减弱。
美国供应管理协会(ISM)周二公布，12月非制造业PMI指数降至56.2，为6月以来最低。路透访查的分析师预期为58.0，11月为59.3。
另外，美国商务部公布，美国11月工厂订单较上月下跌0.7%，预估为下降0.5%。10月确定为下跌0.7%。
看起来，美国经济在第三季录得11年来最快增速后，成长步伐在第四季开始放缓。这反映出中国和欧元区成长放缓，以及日本滑入衰退抑制了对美国生产的商品的需求。
另外，美国西海岸港口的劳资纠纷影响了产品交货并抑制了库存的累积，这也阻碍了制造业活动的扩张。上周五公布的一项数据显示，12月制造业活动触及六个月低位。
但随着国内需求反弹，加之汽油价格下跌和薪资增长步伐逐步加快，任何经济成长放缓的现象可能只是暂时的。
11月扣除波动性较大的运输项目后的工厂订单减少0.6%，因需求几乎全面下降。10月为回落1.5%。
11月库存小幅增长0.1%，但付运回落0.6%，这可能是因西海岸港口货物付运延迟所致。库存-付运比为1.32，与10月持平。
工厂未完成订单增加0.4%。该项指标在过去20个月中有19个月出现增长，显示出制造业的增长潜力。
商务部还表示，11月耐久财订单修正后为下跌0.9%，前值为下降0.7%。
受原油价格下滑拖累，付运的石油产品价值再度大幅回落，导致11月非耐久财订单下降0.5%，10降幅为1.6%。
一项衡量企业信心和支出计划的指标－扣除飞机的非国防资本财订单修正后为下降0.5%，前值为持平。
