国际油价暴跌4.2%上演过山车

北京时间12月19日凌晨消息，周四国际油价上蹿下跳上演过山车。因市场担忧全球原油供应供过于求，纽约原油期货价格周四下跌4.2%，至每桶54.11美元。继周三之后，今日交易中油价振幅再度逼近9%，分析认为，这表明原油市场交易中波动性继续占据主导地位，多空双方斗争激烈。
俄罗斯总统普京在12月18日举行的年度大型记者招待会上表示，完全可以拯救卢布。他面对来自全球各地的一千多名记者说道：即使是在最坏的情况下，俄罗斯也能够在两年内走出困境。就在普京讲话后不久，纽约原油期货一度出现反弹，随后再次跳水，跌超4%，俄罗斯再次被金融危机阴云笼罩。
17日，联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）12月货币政策会议后的声明一如预期，放弃了“相当长时间”措辞，取而代之的是对利率正常化保持“耐心”，并强调了对于加息要保持足够的耐心。美联储主席耶伦（Janet Yellen）在新闻发布会上的言论被解读为最快在明年4月的会议上宣布开始加息。
美联储的加息周期往往导致全球资本流动，资金从新兴市场国家回归美国，美元持续走强，而加息将对美元造成的任何影响也令油价受到影响。通常美元汇率上涨会导致以美元计价的商品期货价格下跌，因持有其他货币的投资者买入这些商品的成本将会变高，反之亦然。
这在历史上曾经造成金融危机，资本流出国遭遇货币贬值，股市暴跌，经济萧条，主权债务违约。如果美联储2015年开始的加息周期再度导致新兴市场危机，避险情绪可能是黄金的一个推动因素。
另据全球最大的产油国沙特官方数据周四(12月18日)显示，该国10月原油出口环比增长，国内炼厂利用率仍然较高，支撑油品出口增加。
沙特此行动可能会有更好的政治原因，而使得市场上的美国页岩油供应量减少只是锦上添花。
在这场原油下跌大战中更明显的输家显然是伊朗和俄罗斯——前者显然是沙特在中东地区的竞争对手，而后者也不是沙特的好友。
化险咨询的全球风险分析总经理Michael Moran表示，沙特的原油政策对美国页岩油产生的不利影响，可能只是摧毁伊朗和俄罗斯的“美味”的副产品；进一步来说，沙特什么行动都不采取，实际上是非常明智的举动，因原油价格每进一步下跌，沙特的行动就更被密切关注，加强其作为世界原油大国的国家地位。
