美联储收官决议周首个交易日，主要市场以暴跌迎接：黄金、白银、原油及欧美股市联袂跳水。一方面是美联储鹰派忧虑下市场集中布局应对，同时油价暴跌继续扮演主要市场行情跳水的“领头羊”。而油价周一(12月15日)再次遭遇暴跌的触发因素是：继近期沙特强调不减产后，昨日OPEC又一“大佬”阿联酋强调不减产。面对OPEC不减产这个旧话题，油价兵败如山倒之势令市场忧虑(是)全球经济体质脆弱(而令疲软的需求无法支撑油价)。
金银行情显示，周一，现货黄金收跌2.4%(至1192.94美元/盎司)，创六个半月(5月底以来)最大单日跌幅；现货白银收跌5.11%(至16.14美元/盎司)，创15个月(2013年9月12日以来)最大单日跌幅。
原油及股市行情显示，欧美原油继续刷新逾五年低位：美国原油主力期货(1月)收跌4.11%至55.24美元/桶，最近两个交易日的累计跌幅已接近10%；布伦特原油主力期货(1月)跌势相对温和，收跌1.38%至60.60美元/桶。股市方面，具有代表性的泛欧绩优300股指收跌2.4%至约两个月低位(报1290.65点)，斯托克600股指也跌2.2%，德法股市跌幅均超2.5%，英国股指跌近1.9%。
阿联酋石油部长周日对彭博社表示，欧佩克(OPEC)能接受油价下跌到每桶40美元的前景，而且在3个月内只会举行一次特别会议。黄金价格与原油价格同跌的关联性在近期发挥得淋漓尽致，因为黄金投资者从原油市场寻找交投线索的现象更加频繁。巴克莱资本就此表示，黄金价格与原油价格的相关性创2013年7月份以来新高。
美元指数昨日坚挺地盘旋于四年高位附近(收涨约0.17%至88.49)。伦敦外汇销售交易员称，新兴市场抛售行为似乎触发美元普遍上涨。外围金融市场对美联储加息前景更显忧虑。俄罗斯央行12月15日紧急宣布加息650个基点，在是五天内第二次出现紧急加息(12月11日紧急加息100个基点)，令关键利率被上调至17%高位，因油价暴跌且俄罗斯央行下调经济预期触发卢布兑美元再创历史新低。
