俄罗斯连七个月增加黄金储备

国际货币基金组织(IMF)数据显示，乌克兰10月将黄金储备削减逾三分之一。这个濒临破产的国家因与东部亲俄分离主义分子交战而受到极大影响。
IMF的储备数据还显示，俄罗斯10月增加黄金储备，为连续第七个月上升，也是逾一年来俄罗斯买盘持续最长势头。乌克兰10月底黄金储备降至26吨，较9月底减少14吨；俄罗斯黄金储备则再增18.9吨至1,168吨，在全球各央行持仓中仍排名第五。若是乌克兰或其他任何央行进一步减持黄金，都可能殃及金价。经过10月底开始的一波卖压，本月稍早金价跌至四年半低点。黄金对央行买卖盘相当敏感。
另外，汇市投机客仍旧押注实行三年之久的瑞郎汇率上限将被打破，尽管民调结果显示，要求瑞士央行增持黄金的公投可能以失败告终。
这是因为，即便11月30日的投票结果不同意要求瑞士央行增持黄金，但欧洲央行为刺激经济可能采取购买资产和打压欧元的做法，仍然会让投机客信心满满地做多瑞郎。
此次公投提案若获得通过，将迫使瑞士央行20%的储备以黄金形式持有，降低央行政策实施的灵活性，保卫瑞郎上限的难度也随之增大。 部分是由於这个原因，瑞郎兑欧元EURCHF= 已涨至26个月高点1.2009瑞郎，接近央行设定的1.20高限。最近这波涨势引发一些传言，认为央行可能不得不干预市场打压瑞郎，甚至实施负利率政策以降低本币的吸引力。
