OPEC不担心油价下跌

石油输出国组织秘书长巴德里周四表示，基本面因素并不能解释油价为何大幅下跌，他预期油价将在2015年下半年之前反弹。
巴德里在OPEC的2014年全球石油展望新闻发布会上称，“对于近期油价下跌我们感到关切，但没有到惊慌失措的程度。”他还指出，“我们并未看到基本面发生那么大的变化。油价跌幅达到28%，这有点太多了。OPEC正在评估形势，判断未来可能如何变化。
OPEC将于11月27日在维也纳召开石油大会，巴德里透露OPEC并未邀请任何其他产油国与会。布兰特原油期货自7月初以来已经下跌27%，上个月则下跌12%。巴德里补充道，“我认为油价将在明年下半年之前反弹。但我不知道反弹幅度会有多大。这种低油价状况不能持续下去，”他提到，投机行为是油价下跌背后的因素之一。
