行业会议预期油价疲态将持续

2015年油价可能徘徊在逾四年低点附近，投资将会降温，凸显该领域的黯淡前景。
全球供应过剩以及需求疑虑打击油价，使之在四个月内跌去四分之一，并让高成本能源项目面临风险。本周在新加坡举行的新加坡国际能源周是亚洲最大的能源会议之一，与会代表预计，供需不平衡情况将加剧，他们对石油输出国组织(OPEC)等主要石油产油国大力减产不抱期望。
“我们不应想当然地认为OPEC会重新扮演调节产量的角色，”国际能源署总干事表示。“但我们认为可能出现这样的情况，若油价进一步下跌，OPEC与非OPEC国家中一些成本较高的生产项目将面临考验。”
会议期间与路透交流的37位交易员、分析师和高管中约有24位认为，预计布兰特指标原油2015年平均价格在每桶80-90美元之间。
有来自60多个国家的逾10,000名代表参加了本次新加坡国际能源周活动。布兰特原油LCOc1在10月稍早触及四年低点82.60美元，2014年迄今均价在105美元左右。路透月度调查显示，布兰特原油2015年均价可能在93.70美元，预估区间介于80-105美元。
