从现货黄金4小时图看，金价持续此前下行低位盘整，近期区间大致保持在1165-1140内。均线目前越发密集，MACD指标虽仍保持缓慢上行趋势，但趋势性极为微弱。目前焦点仍集中在美联储政策会议上，若“耐心”措辞被删除，那么美元将再度高涨，而金价则会再次刷新低位；若该措辞被保留，那么美元或将迎来较大幅的回落修正，而金价或非美货币则会抓住机会反弹。
从现货黄金1小时图看，金价此前几个交易日均保持亚盘反弹，欧盘回落的特点。但今日一反往常，虽持续盘整，但区间明显收窄，阶段性趋势极为微弱。均线高度密集，正在酝酿后市突发性突破行情。建议持仓观望，后市采取破位操作为主。

1156附近（上下1美元）做空，第一目标1152，第二目标1149，止损3美元。

1149附近（上下1美元）做多，第一目标1152，第二目标1155，止损3美元。
下破1146追空，第一目标1142，第二目标1138，止损3美元。
